This event space was opened to make decorations and design more accessible to the historic Smyrna area. Whether it's a bouquet for your wedding, a balloon arch for your party, or you need a planner to bring the space together we offer on and offsite decorations for your event to be on point.
Offsite 16th Birthday Design
This design was about 12 feet of piping with sheer draping and lights that hung behind the sheers, the 16 were marquee letters that sat about 4 feet tall. Offsite packaging for something like this is $1500 while at the venue we would use our backdrop on the stage not needing pipe and drape materials by using out stage brings the rate down to around $700 for this design
50th Anniversary Package
This package included around 600 balloons, 4 glittery table cloths, and 50 Marquee letters the setup offsite for something like this would be $900 with setup and Delivery if you did through the venue then it is only $600 added on top of the venue rental
Balloon Shoe
This balloon Shoe is available only for delivery or in the venue - although it is small a professional needs to assemble this look to achieve the desired shape. Price of this shoe for delivery and setup is $650 while in the venue it is just a $350 add on to the package price
Specialized Outdoor Decor
A fringe backdrop customized for your event is all the rage this year with the bright colors and more this outdoor setup is $700 away from the space and $450 on site!

Emerald and White Setup
A beautiful setup with trimmed baby's breath, 20 trimmed roses per table with stabilizing vases and floral foam. Completed with gold chargers, white plates, battery operated candles, and green velvet pre tied bows that can be fastened on glassware or napkins. This display is per table This display cost is $125 per table not including Silverware or napkins for an estimate of +$12 per table
Stemmed Floral for Pickup or use at venue
Floral Stemmed Vases each trimmed and prepared set of 12 vases with assorted flowers is $100 your choice of flower per table
Tropical Dreams
A setup that works well for one of those summer themes. This display includes 2 hightopper centerpieces, 3 battery operated candles, 6 wine glasses, charger plates, customized monsters napkin rings and napkins(your choice of color) along with plates. Silverware is not included in this setup Price for this entire table is $145 per table setup for pickup or for use here at the space.
Golden Hour Bouquet
This is a spring palette of colors with an assortment of eucalyptus, babys breath, seeded eucalyptus, and yellow roses for a pop of color. This arrangement is $100 for the bride, $55 for the bridesmaid, $20 for a floral pocket, and $15 for a boutonniere
Wedding White
This white rose bouquet is a beauty and one of my most ordered pieces for flowers. It's also not the most expensive option. Bouquets are priced at $125 for bride, $65 for bridesmaid, $30 for floral pocket, and $15 for the bouts please take into account that there is a delivery cost for any offsite florals.
Wedding White Arrangement Setups
This setup includes the centerpiece, the table number, and the candle sticks - we have both battery operated and regular for offsite events- please keep in mind that we only allow battery operated at the Downtown Social The cost for this display at each of your tables is $100 for setup and delivery per table
Pretty Pink
Full disclosure I did not put this floral piece together - however I did mount it from 2 different arches within a day and know how to work with flowers so if you would like something like this you can let me know. Arch setups on site are $300 -$2200 this one is about $350 onsite offsite it would cost $550 for delivery and design as well as the arch itself.
Wedding Aisle Pieces
Doing Floral pieces for the arch are very fun this one in particular included all of the vases with the roses going down the aisle as well. So it is a simple yet elegant look for your wedding. the 2 pieces stand 6 feet and 3 feet A look like this without delivery or setup on site would be around $1000-$1200 and we would move all of the aisle decor onto the tables after the ceremony. This is an example of an outdoor wedding option and then having the reception at our space afterwards.
Something Blue
This arrangement was done in a destination wedding for my sister company "Events Made Simple" and I made this for a bride when I was planning her wedding in Paris. This Bouquet is worth about $155 total a bridesmaid bouquet is about $65 each and then Floral pocket is $40 boutineirre is about $20
Bridal Bouquet and Boutinierre Bundle
This bundle is something that you can get with any color or style - with delivery of both pieces it is $200 with pickup it is $150
